Dave Hildebrandt
Executive Director
Dave is one of the founders of the Company and sits on its Board of Directors. He provides executive oversight to the Company financial and marketing operations as well as strategic planning. He also serves on the Professional Advisory Committee. He is a native of Phoenix.
Debbie Carmichael, RN, BSN
Administrator
Debbie oversees the clinical and administrative operations of the Company. She has been a nurse for 25 years and has been the Administrator of MD since 2005. She sits on the Professional Advisory Committee and is also the volunteer President of the Arizona Home Care Association where she has served on its Board for the past two years. Debbie has developed several community programs and continues to make home visits to make sure she stays connected with the community needs.
Margaret Bennett, RN, BSN
Director of Clinical Services
Margaret directs the daily clinical operations of the Company, overseeing the delivery of all skilled services (nursing and therapy) to an average daily population of 700 patients. She also serves on the Company’s Professional Advisory Committee. She has been a nurse for 30 years. She joined the Company in 2006.
Nichole Hampton
Director of Human Resources
Nichole is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of licensed personnel, as well as insuring the Company’s compliance with Federal, State and contractual requirements pertaining to wages, licensure and continuing education. She joined the Company in 2006.
Alicia Horne
Assistant Director of MD Home Assist
Alicia is responsible for speaking with prospective patients and their families about non-medical in-home care. She will also perform the initial assessment and design a plan of care for newly admitted patients. Alicia joined the Company in 2007.
Joan McGilton
Director of First Impressions
Joan will typically be the first voice you hear when calling MD during normal business hours. It is her mission to treat everyone with respect and find the individual in the company who will have the answers to your questions. She has been an employee with the company for 16 years.
Roxy
Comfort/Therapy Dog
Roxy has been in training for most of her ten years of life, providing comfort to the in-house staff of the MD Companies. She recently attained her “Therapy Dog” credentials from the Pets on Wheels of Scottsdale program, allowing her and her owner to visit residents of nursing homes and MD patients.
